Replacement of defective goods
If a manufacturing defect is found in the product (for example, the sprayer does not work, the bottle is damaged), we will definitely exchange it for a product of proper quality.

Exchange and return
You can exchange or return a product of proper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
The product is of proper quality (its presentation is preserved, the integrity of the packaging materials and packaging is intact, and the complete set is complete);
Less than 14 days have passed;
The product has not been used.

After receiving the product back to our warehouse, we check it. If the 3 points described above are met, the funds are transferred within 3 business days.
